Tell your story

You’ve got solar on your roof. You know the savings and sense of purpose a rooftop solar system brings. Can you help us help others by becoming a Solar Champion?

Solar Champions are local businesses leaders who align their values with a new generation of ethical consumers, and share their enthusiasm for new technology.

Solar Champions get a profile on our website and shout-outs on social media, and signage – a letterbox or door plaque – to let people know they are part of Powerhouse Brookvale. They can use the Solar Champion logo on their communications and get the recognition they deserve for being community leaders.

How it works

We sit down with you to hear about what’s working and any barriers you’ve had to navigate.

Good, bad, ugly

Roof condition, system design, financing, old electrics, possums, tricky landlords and strata committees – we’d love to hear the whole story.

Enjoy the spotlight
We feature your story on our website, add you to our list of Solar Champions (with links to your website and / or social media) and tell your story on social media. We can also promote your leadership through our media partner.

Show us the way
Offer advice to businesses at the start of their solar journey and help Brookvale on its way to become Australia’s first urban renewable energy zone.
